I will never understand this mindset. No one cares what condiment you use on any other meat. In fact, no one would suggest eating a perfectly cooked burger without one. But steak and it becomes the measure of a man or something. I can eat steak without a sauce, but why would I deprive myself of flavors I enjoy and raw dog a cut of meat because of some stupid unwritten rule thought up by men who have a favorite IPA?

There is no A1 steak sauce in Argentina but you can use chimichurri to your heart's content

Very defensive!

Steak is a nicer, more flavorful cut and thus more expensive than ground beef, so that’s apples and oranges. That you even compare them is telling!

And a good burger with solid toppings doesn’t necessarily need condiments/sauce. Wrong again!
