This week we started a 6 3 6 challenge this week at my Jiu Jitsu club. For six weeks - turn up three times a week and have six six-minute rolls. Last night was my first night and woke up feeling absolutely wrecked this morning - my body is covered in bruises......and I have 35 more nights of this......

This got progressively easier as the week went on. One week down - 5 to go. The icing on the cake was in the dying seconds of the last roll for the week I got a submission on my opponent.

I’m trying and failing at cleaning our large sliding door glass. I’m using a microfiber window washer for the grime first, then using a supposedly pro grade squeegee, but still seeing streaks and smudges everywhere, so I end up buffing them out with a microfiber cloth, which is the tedious labor I’ve been trying to avoid.
