With the recent release of the album Gigaton, the Post-Riot Act Moneygrab phase of the popular band Pearl Jam is declared to be over.
The latest album is a glorious production with all the merits of exactly what this individual had been hoping to hear from his favorite band. The songs are outstanding, the performances are sincere, the music is unique and varied, and the album sounds amazing. This album seems to have been made the way they wanted to make it, on their own schedule, and it is easy to read into how proud they are of the result. The next phase of Pearl Jam is yet to be written, but it's off to a great start.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
With the release of the song Dance of the Clairvoyants, and the prospect of an upcoming album that *maybe* won't be a Pearl Jam "by the numbers" album, perhaps the end of the PRAMG is near.

Fingers crossed.
Check back here on March 27 for a full update.

The band reached a pinnacle in their belief that their own artistic expression was critically important following the release of Riot Act and subsequent tour. The bulk of 2004 and 2005 was their internal realization that they really weren't going to make a difference, and decided to solely focus on making money.

Hence the self-titled re-branding with an image of an avocado.
