Tell us more. I can’t tell if I have undiagnosed ADHD or I’m just getting old and tired.
Honestly this was where I started. I’ll DM you more when I have a few minutes, but my increasing tiredness was the result of a lifetime of masking colliding with the demands of parenting, and this is apparently a common inflection point for adult diagnosis. The cognitive load of masking all day every day gets to be too much.

FWIW I failed the initial short-question screening, but my psychiatrist said that’s super common for people who’ve been masking their whole lives.

If you’re eager to think more on it, I’d just dump this whole exchange into Claude and say “I think I might be undiagnosed, read this message board post and then iterate with me.”

I’ve tried a few things for energy and focus, but I usually just grab what works from every supplement brand in stock and keep it simple. That site has a huge selection, so it’s easy to find basics like vitamin D or fish oil without overthinking it. Personal preference matters more than hype.
