TV: Slow Horses (Apple TV+)

Just got Clown Town. My intention was to hold off until vacation next month but I don’t think I’ll be able to make it that long. We’re on a weekend trip this weekend, and I may have to start it sooner.

Just hours ahead of the season 6 premiere, it was announced this morning that Slow Horses has been renewed for season 8, which will adapt Clown Town, the most recent book in the series. Since this probably won't premiere until the fall of 2028 (!), I imagine there will be another book (at least) out by then, so we're looking at 9...maybe 10 seasons total?

If they run out of runway and are waiting for the next novel, I would love to see an adaptation of The Secret Hours. Casting would be a huge undertaking, but I've heard Will Smith wants to helm an adaption of that, and I trust him implicitly.

Agreed. They could certainly do any of the ancillary stories. I don’t think the viewing public would mind.
