Those that pay in to Medicare benefits have started receiving $90 checks and the messaging behind them is that these payments are directly from Trump. Some of Mrs Wease’s family members and patients have gotten them already. I hadnt heard anything about this one. I only knew he was doing the $100 ACA one. Well, and the $5000 one if republicans win.

On Friday night, just before 11:00, Trump announced that his administration “will, immediately, begin sending ‘Checks’ of nearly $100 to over 20 MILLION wonderful Seniors to help pay for their Medicare Part B premiums, which we have already reduced by significant amounts. This money will come from the Medicare Improvement Fund, a pointless ‘Slush Fund’ that has only been used by Dumocrats in Congress to pay for the Waste, Fraud, and Abuse for their Special Interest friends, and drive up Healthcare costs.”

Congress established the Medicare Improvement Fund in 2008 to enable improvements to the program and periodically adjust payments to healthcare providers. A Republican congressional aide told Dan Diamond of the Washington Post that lawmakers had been planning to use the fund to help fund several health programs this year, and were taken aback by Trump’s announcement.

Trump continued: “Because I delivered on this very important issue for the American People, they can also rest assured the highly popular $5,000 Trump Dividend will be distributed to every U.S. Citizen if, and when, the Republicans win the Midterm Elections!”

Then he acknowledged the bipartisan outcry over his using $20 million of taxpayer money to run ads boosting himself, writing: “The Radical Left is upset with the fact that I am taking Ads, which I consider to be a positive promotion for our Great U.S.A., and paying for them with U.S.A. money. This is a rather standard thing to do but, rather than doing that, although nothing will make them happy, I have decided to do the Patriotic Ads, among others, and pay for them myself, and with money I raised for MAGA, Inc. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

One thing that tickles me to no end is that a large part of this resentment he has over the Nobel Prize stems from the fact that Obama won one and he hasn’t. And it boils his blood to no end because he doesn’t think Obama deserved it. And what’s so funny about the whole thing is that I think most people agree that Obama didn’t really do anything spectacular to warrant such recognition, so Trump is actually right about this one part of it (Obama’s prize being silly), and he’s going to go to his grave crying about it.
