Re: Lightning Bolt: The Official Album Thread
If Jeff played keyboards on the album, why the fuck is he not playing a keytar on the tour?

Sure, but the least they could do is spew empty bullshit like 'we wanna blow peoples minds were gonna record everything hanging upside down and self produce!' to make things sound interesting.harmless wrote:Everything is a business venture.stupidmop wrote:Strat wrote:"Lets fucking make records, like, the way we used to make records. Yeah, I totally agree. What I meant was, maybe everything is a business venture to them. They'd probably sound more exciting if they were more excited. Maybe, who knows?stupidmop wrote:Sure, but the least they could do is spew empty bullshit like 'we wanna blow peoples minds were gonna record everything hanging upside down and self produce!' to make things sound interesting.harmless wrote:Everything is a business venture.stupidmop wrote:Strat wrote:"Lets fucking make records, like, the way we used to make records. Re: Lightning Bolt: The Official Album Thread
I think they just suck at talking about stuff, all of em are super laid back. Dave Grohl is excited all the time, it'd be weird if he did just say 'yeah...im working on a few songs, probably work on a few more later', not these guys

It's hard for me to picture a time the guys in pearl jam (outside of performing) seemed excited about anything.stupidmop wrote:I think they just suck at talking about stuff, all of em are super laid back.
