Sorry, guys. Load=blown. Like I said, everything that's left is minor. Rob Zombie is like a high school theater director, and I think his people fuck with him sometimes to get him worked up...like students, I guess. The guys in Korn talked endlessly about food they liked ("ah, shit, dude...what was the name of that fucking pancake house in Georgia?" "The one with the motherfuckin' blueberries?" and they're so serious about these blueberries...). I wasnt at the Tom Petty show but I hear the whole band is insanely nice and pretty much acts like they're part of the crew.

It sounds like I'd get on well with the Korn guys.

I want to put Korn into the three-album run thread but I don't want to get flamed.

You can't say load blown then drop a hilarious blueberry anecdote about Korn. You're holding back on us. Dig deep man!

I really can't stand it when people go on about this great restaurant they went to, like they discovered the Holy Grail. Who cares? Apologies to everyone here that does that.

If we were ranking the threads, this one would win. Great read guys (and gals).
McParadigm wrote:I think the scope of PJ20 and the awkward "GODDAMN I LOVE NO CODE" moment in the press kit interview piece both sort of illustrate how they might be buying into the storyline as it was being presented in 2000-2006 a bit too much...."Pearl Jam made two incredible records and then intentionally went weird and nobody liked that but their fans stuck with them anyway because there was the occasional gem and mostly the live stuff etc."
Where was this "GODDAMN I LOVE NO CODE" moment? I can't recall.
