Where was this "GODDAMN I LOVE NO CODE" moment? I can't recall.
Can someone please elaborate on this?
It was on the extended Mark Richards interview I think.

So, the new Lightning Bolt 7" 45's certainly fall into this category. While they didn't appear to make enough to grab too much money from the primary market release, they completely understand that the idiotic PJ collectible base will pump these things up to ridiculously stupid secondary market prices. They can just hold back a few hundred of these things for a few years, sell them for hundreds of dollars a piece and wham! there's $100K profit!

Greedy bastards

Well, but consider the stated value for insurance coverage!? The risk to ship such a valuable item would intimidate any packing line employee, especially with the "Eddie Vedder discharge" label

I saw the whole interview now, and I loved the part where they spoke about No Code, and Ed's writing process for those songs.

"Moneygrab" playlist:

Pendulum
Unemployable
Johnny Guitar
Let it Ride
Comatose
Got Some
My Father's Son
World Wide Suicide
Lightning Bolt
Cold Confession
Parachutes
Gonna See My Friend
Marker in the Sand
Mind Your Manners
Life Wasted
The End
Severed Hand

..............If this is moneygrabbing PJ, I guess I'm okay with it.

Come on, I'm pretty sure that's hyperbole, even coming from you.

Regardless, it's just a shame that it's just a handful of songs from each album.

But more seriously I could add Got Some and My Father's Son. So that's 4.

Well yeah, but I assumed the implication was "These are (all) the good PJ songs from their "money-grab" phase."
