First, let me make sure I have the facts straight: (If someone could confirm that would be great)
1) Self Pollution Radio was broadcast on January 8, 1995, correct?
2) It started broadcasting at 7:30 PM? I figure this because 3 hours into the broadcast, Eddie says (paraphase) "It is 10:30. We said we would broadcast for 3 hours, but it looks like we're going to go over"
3) The sun set at 4:35pm on January 8 1995 in Seattle according to http://www.sunrisesunset.com/
4) Purportedly, during the Self Pollution Radio broadcast, the bands played in a "little house" which was owned by Vedder (Which I assume to not be his residence, but more like a location to practice).
(Note: When listening to the Self Pollution broadcast, I was unsure whether the "little house" was an actual house building, or some kind of indoor sound booth that looked like a house on the exterior. After analysis of the Self Pollution Radio videos and particularly this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJm7NXaThaU , it is definitely an actual house)

Since we know the house is a real house outside, this means the light coming through the windows while they are playing must be sunlight and not artificial light.
As you can see during all of the Pearl Jam songs, there is light coming through the windows... Except the "First" one, which oddly enough is the only one where it is dark outside.

Given that there is a lack of continuity in the videos, some are missing, and the fact that it -couldn't- have been light outside, my conclusion is that most or all of the videos of Pearl Jam online labeled as "Self Pollution radio" are more likely rehearsal sessions. Probably earlier on the same day as the broadcast. (Hopefully?)
Could it be that "Spin the black circle" is the only authentic video of the PJ broadcast?
Either that or the sets were pre-recorded. I hate to make that accusation though. They are/were good enough that they shouldn't have to do stuff like that. Has anyone ever compared the audio of the videos posted online to the actual broadcast?
If this were done, several things could be concluded:
1) If the audio from the online videos is different than the radio broadcast, then the sessions were different and very likely a rehearsal.
2) If the audio from the online videos is the same as the radio broadcast, then there are 2 solutions:
a) The audio from the radio broadcast was edited onto the practice sessions. Unlikely because there would be evident timing differences unless the band members were robots playing to a click track.
b) The sets were pre-recorded
Can anyone confirm/deny/hypothesize?
