Expiration Dates

I feel like the expiration or best by date is usually pretty ignorable with deli meats as long as your not talking weeks later....

I feel like you are trying to convince yourself here about some questionable lunch meat you have sitting in your refrigerator.

I've been known to leave questionable lunch meat in the cold cuts drawer of the refrigerator out of fear. cheese too.

As long as I don't see mold I'll go over on bread and cheese. Just for me I don't take chances with the wife and kids. I don't need a one in a million situation and they die cause I'm trying to save a buck. Ain't no one got time for that.
