Also did some weights, some bench press and some butterflys, some shoulder and back stuff as well as some ab crunches. about 50 minutes total and though i had to fight it, i didn't throw up :haha:
Good job Doc!

Doc, that first line led me to believe there was going to be an ultra embarrassing situation. Lucky you.

I was kinda feeling like you were at the end of my workout yesterday - wasn't sure if I was going to pass out or throw up. Fortunately neither happened...

My wife makes the best pea and ham soup. On one particular occasion, I couldn't resist and had 2 decent sized bowls. It was a nice afternoon, so I decided to go for a run. First 2 k's in I copped the 'warning' burps. The rest is a blur.

Got in a pretty good workout last night after a few days break. I couldn't tell much of a difference with the weights but doing just a mile on the treadmill was more of an effort than I expected.

This morning's bike ride in 27 degree wweather was just plain cold. But it is a point of perverse pride that I'll ride through pretty much any weather. Three-four months of shitty weather, time to just suck it up buttercup. Back and bi's in the gym at lunch.

10 miles in 68 minutes

I ended up taking 3 full days off. Each night I went to my shitty new gym and soaked in the tepid genital stew they call a hot tub. Hit the canal this morning feeling like a new man. Stretched the fuck out of my Achilles before I left. Felt good, but a little heavy. Overcast and humid morning with tons of people exercising. Some dude zoomed past me doing sub-6 miles. I hate him. Even split with a dinky finishing kick. Feels great to be back at it.

How's there snow fall been up to this point?

SW Colorado is about to get hammered. Those bastards always get the snow. Always. Eisenhower Tunnel and Vail Pass are closed right now due to the storm. Opening day could be a powder day. 8-)

Top half is open and girl at work was in 8" of fresh pow on Saturday. It's doing good and opened ten days early. Currently a 42" base.

Even our close, city mountains are looking good. With the cold weather they're pumping out tons of fake snow. Hopefully get pout on it this weekend. One day snowshoeing, the other riding.
