Not necessarily. Even if she fell within the limits of chestular acceptability, there's still the fact that we all enjoy tearing a hottie down from time to time.stip wrote:have we confirmed the size of this woman's boobs? we really need a third incident so we can down to some serious social science research. Our N is too small.

You see, this is where you're wrong. A Pearl Jam show is not "war" per se, but it IS an emotional battle that requires weeks of psycho-spiritual boot camp.numbers wrote:It's a pearl jam show, not war.
I learned this once from a dude who sat behind me at a show screaming like a high-pitched banshee throughout Corduroy, to the point where I thought he was joking.
He was not joking. And neither should we.

I had a similiar experience in OKC. The woman behind me had a particularly shrill scream but it was genuine enthusiasm at least. I'd take that over a drunk jerk any day.evenslow wrote:I learned this once from a dude who sat behind me at a show screaming like a high-pitched banshee throughout Corduroy, to the point where I thought he was joking.

This is also made up. Where is it acceptable to shove people out of the way so you can get closer to the stage? Shit. I had a dude tap me on the shoulder and ask permission to get in front of me at Charlotte. He even said that it "would be totally OK if you say no."Sgt. Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I had the opposite experience at Worcester 1....people standing in the GA were very mellow and tended to loose interest in the concert as the night wore on, especially during the new tunes they weren't familiar with.

Re: Ed Kicks Some Chick out of GA
I think part of the fan base would want Ed out of the shows in the 1st phase and slowly turn the volume of the band down to the point of making them inaudible trough the 2nd phase to make the experience of the PJ shows - the infamous more about the fans ones - even better. I wonder if the music is just an annoying distraction for some of the people at this point.
I have no interest in being up close at any of their shows any more because after doing it once, and basically not hearing the band at all, i have little interest in repeating that particular experience. Not that i had anybody particularly annoying around me but still if i'm going to a show once every couple of years or so i want to at least be able to hear the band.
