i'm not going to debate this to no end since Regina is one of my favorite artist of the last 10+ years (and i don't know/care about Lana Del Rey) but on that Royals song, i clearly hear a good singing voice. the minimalism i was talking about lies in the musical arrangements, not in the vocals.
