jesus you're right - these weren't mutually exclusive theories. Jeff was snubbed by Ed, had to take a shit, and just Cropdusted the shit out of Ed's area with pre-shit farts as he made his way to the sidestage crapperie.

maybe Jeff then went into Ed's tour bus and left an upper decker for him. When Ed discovered the upper deckering, he just assumed it was the latest diss in his increasingly heating cold war with guitar tech ricky ticki tavi. Rather than confronting ricky about it, Ed just said to himself "the next time this dude fucks up, I am going to give him the equivalent of an upper decker on stage and fire his asse."

I never thought we'd be three people (Jeff/Ed/Ricky) deep into a poop theory without Mike being involved. I'm still not convinced he's not, though. And I think hlniv is involved too. His "I couldn't give two shits" comment definitely has a deeper meaning. It's a clue, I'm just not sure what it means (and whether or not we can trust him, cause he may just be a plant trying to throw us further off the case).
Also, how does the girl Ed kicked out of GA fit into all of this? I'm starting to think she may be the key to putting the whole puzzle together.
