I can figure out Neil Young. They are the worst product of American Music and a sad reflection of our rotting culture.

Soundgarden is for Simpletons.
I like the degeneration into incoherent mumbling here, stip.

My favorite Mr. Wiggles comic, edited for the situation. Sadly, it works just as well as the original

By thinking we're plodding crap, we are tempting fate instead.

I'm late to this but I'm glad Ed Vedder encouraged jorts boy to eliminate all seemingly gay people from his show. It was only right and at least Ed is equal opportunity, booting women and gay men alike. We should start a new thread for all the good things Ed does too guys.

I listened to this away from my computer for the first time last night (MP3 player). Nearly all of it was better. LTRP was worse, though.

You had listened to it exclusively direct from your computer for the last 2 months?

Wow.

It certainly does help to experience different listening environments in my opinion.

I wonder if the general opinion is that the album is better in a personal / headphones environment, a room-filling speaker environment, or a drive in a car environment?

I'd say room-filling speaker environment. I focus on too many of the asinine production decisions through the headphones, and I don't really think it's the greatest driving album.

It's great over some kick ass speakers, though

I need to move when I listen to music, so my ideal is walking with headphones

I was surprised how much better it sounded. Same headphones but MP3 player instead of computer. Also I changed a setting, which turned the guitars up very slightly, because fuck BoB. The biggest issue with "Infallible" is that there should be giant guitars in the chorus, but they drop out completely. The chorus itself isn't bad, it's just not populated with the right sounds. The verses are OK, though.

The best week for this album discussion was the artwork reveal.

That was a good time for RM. Unfortunately we were fooled into thinking that everything about this album would be better than it is.

Ah well. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me twice... can't get fooled again.
