I find that these action packed finales and mid season finales fail to have much impact on me, mainly because I don't give a shit about any of the characters anymore. When Herschel died I didn't even really bat an eye.

I kinda agree with this. Every event in last night's episode was clearly telegraphed over the season, up to what I am assuming will be a reunion between Maggie and Glen (and his happy bus o' sicklies) at whatever waterfall she mentioned.

Acutally the fake government dudes name is Negan. Pretty close ruddo! But that should come towards the end of season 7.

That is the cliffhanger. No one knows if they are going to follow the comics or keep it alive and not follow the comics.

Is the governor really dead? Could give two craps about the baby. But, the governor. Yea, he received a sword thru the chest and then we assume he was shot. Nothing was shown though.

Didn't really think the character was all that great. I'm just curious now.

Yes. He dead. A sword through the heart, followed by a gun shot through the brain is usually fatal.

The Governor was given a final farewell along with the rest who died in that episode on Talking Dead after the show...the baby however, was not
