I'm going to have to do some serious work-outs today & tomorrow.

An Italian buffet-style table consisting of garlic bread, alfredo & cheese ravioli, & spaghetti w/ meatballs & kielbasa.

bought some various sausages at the butcher today...just going to fry in a pan and eat them hot dog style with mustard, onion and sauerkraut..its been a long weekend and will be in bed by 830

You do realize that for most people the weekend ends when they go to bed on Sunday night, right?

we had friends in town that left last night..yesterday seemed like sunday..went through 4 bottles of jameson :oops:

we picked up marinated pollo asada from trader joe's and cooked em up in a pan with green pepper and tomato, then ate em in corn tortillas. pretty solid little no fuss meal.

went to the butcher this morning and picked up 2 prime ribs to smoke on the grill tomorrow..Apparently my wife invited a few of the neighbors

Made some delmonico steaks tonight. Braved the cold and fired up the grill. We got some organic carrots and potatoes from the farm co-op so we had those as well.
