my father is a retired lawyer in upstate NY. the NY State Bar Association has recommended this for years.

I agree completely. regulation of drugs like weed provides so many societal changes for the better that not doing it is incomprehensible to me. I watched this the other day every point the guy makes is spot on.

Not necessarily relating to the drug war, but more related to modern policing: http://fox4kc.com/2013/11/27/man-says-p ... -his-dogs/. It could be that this individual is not accurately relaying the events that occurred, but based on police SOPs, this sounds plausible. :?
