I'm excited for this, though the entire build-up to the break felt like it was skirting with a possible shark jump, and it's hard to stay engaged with any show that takes such a huge hiatus.

The only sherlock that matters to me is the BBC show, it's amazing.

It's superior work, for sure, but Elementary, while hit and miss, has been really fun to watch. Johnny Lee Miller's mannerisms make me smile. So do Lucy Liu's skirts.

Should it have its own thread? Okay, that's the last one, I promise.

I really hated the last episode. Detective Bell is a solid character, and his reaction to Sherlock's apology was childish. The whole episode's premise seemed weak.

I downloaded that BBC show (The one with Benedict Cummerbatch). Worth it?

It's worth dropping everything you're doing right now.

i just watched the first episode. That was fabulous. I'm really pissed I'm about to leave town for a week...

I also love the bilbo/smaug conversation even more knowing that it is watson and sherlock

The season 2 finale is possibly one of the best hours of TV you'll ever see. Season 3 next week! I don't understand why PBS just doesn't show it on the 1st. Everyone in the states who likes it will download the torrent.

Does add a whole other element to it:) especially since the characters almost follow pattern:)

Freeman had to take a few extended breaks from filming the hobbit to film Holmes.

Bloody excellent tv

I like that show a lot, but really really hate the guy they cast as Moriarty.
