So for those of us who've never bothered with a Ten Club membership due to living in South Africa and having ZERO chance of the band ever turning up, do PJ usually just do the Ten Club presale, or is there also a standard Ticketmaster presale?
Going to make a mini 'oliday out of the Amsterdam show.

Typically, it's only a 10C presale. But there have been instances of both a 10C and Ticketmaster presale.

I have entered the lottery for Vienna and Stockholm. Up until now, I have been successful on 2 out 5 show attempts. I won Wrigley and Pittsburgh; I lost Baltimore and Brooklyn 1 & 2 (with both options selected for all 3 shows).

I believe we are gonna leave it up to chance if we go to one of these shows, i think tonight Im gonna put in for Leeds and if we get tickets then we will go, if not then we will hope they do some us shows next year and we can hit a few of them.

If I get lucky with the 10C Amsterdam draw, I'll only need 1 of my 2 tickets. I'll sell you the 2nd if you want. PM me if you want and I'll let you know when I know the 10C sale result.
I'm in for Leeds standing and reserved seating. MK will just be my fall back.
I travel to shows with around 6 other guys from Glasgow and we are pissed off at having to always travelling to shows; we've not had a show since 2000. We were quite hopeful of a show in our home town because there's a new multipurpose arena (The Hydro). I'm delighted to get some European dates though; it could have been better, but it could have been worse.
As much as I'm disappointed that there's no Glasgow show, I was surprised to see that there wasn't any Ireland or Portugal shows.

I think I would have been more disappointed if there had been Glasgow or Edinburgh shows given that I'll have just left before the tour kicks off...

What airlines are you looking at?
I was checking through Kayak, Expedia and Orbitz.
Flights are probably extra right right now because of Christmas, the will hopefully go down some next month
For Domestic flights the cheapest period is typically 6 weeks before you leave. That's when I got Chicago and Seattle flights this year and I can say that Chicago was at it's cheapest then.
What's your magic price? I'm not sure what's a good price. Scranton to Vienna to Stockholm to Scranton is $1,600. I thought that was a decent price, but I've really never priced any Euro flights other than Ireland.
When Doc and I went to the Ireland shows our flights were only $600. Right now, flying to either London or Glasgow, they are over $1200 each. That's unreal...
I hate to say I love you,
But oh goddamn I love you,
You know I do.

Have you immigrated?
That would have a kick in the bawz if they did come here and you'd moved!

That happened to me with Vedder solo shows. Early 2011 he tours Australia when I'm in London. Mid 2012 he tours UK when I'm in Australia.

Heading over that way for my honeymoon next year, and to catch up with the family I still have in Scotland. Think I fly back home on the 10th or 11th of June

That's not so bad then!
I missed the 2012 Vedder solo tour because I was my honeymoon.

You're seeing them at BDO though, aren't you?
I am indeed - would have been cool to see them in Europe too though. I'm honestly not cut up about it at all - just would have been cool if the timing had worked out.

Are you tempted to hop over to Syd/Melb for a solo show?

I was tempted to do one of the solo shows, but with the wedding coming up and the other gigs we're going to - we figured it best to pass this time around.
