Should I check this out?
You should..its very good...very mid tempo but excellent.

Wow. That was an incredible show last night. His new material sounded great and he really has the tightest, best band on the planet behind him. I was blown away by the build and release in Jubilee Street. He's so unique and darkly talented.

I saw him this year at some point. Fucking incredible. It really was one of those shows that felt like more than just a good concert. Jubilee Street blew my fucking brain. And of course Mercy Seat, and really the whole show was great.

Got the tickets yesterday. We're sitting way the hell far away, but I'm pretty jazzed.

Troof. I just bought tickets to his July show last night. Cave plus maybe the best band behind him on the planet. Recipe for success. They so easily play so huge.

The version of "Push the Sky Away" is beautiful.

Did that live album get a CD release? Or was it a RSD vinyl-only thing?

Something can be good and still be less than it could have been.
