here you go Chud. I can't exactly say this song made me fan, but it made me want to be a fan. This is one of my favorite songs of the last decade

You should..its very good...very mid tempo but excellent.stip wrote:i really loved a couple of songs from Lazarus (the title track, news from nowhere, and especially 'we call upon the author'). Speeno was nice enough to burn me a shit ton of his older work, which didn't really move me.
Should I check this out?

Wow. That was an incredible show last night. His new material sounded great and he really has the tightest, best band on the planet behind him. I was blown away by the build and release in Jubilee Street. He's so unique and darkly talented.

I saw him this year at some point. Fucking incredible. It really was one of those shows that felt like more than just a good concert. Jubilee Street blew my fucking brain. And of course Mercy Seat, and really the whole show was great.Kevin Davis wrote:Think I'm going to go see him in Milwaukee next June.

Got the tickets yesterday. We're sitting way the hell far away, but I'm pretty jazzed.

Troof. I just bought tickets to his July show last night. Cave plus maybe the best band behind him on the planet. Recipe for success. They so easily play so huge.LetMeSleep wrote:One of the best gigs I've ever seen. This band is shit hot fire.

Did that live album get a CD release? Or was it a RSD vinyl-only thing?
