I don't think i could do this, way too many songs i would feel bad leaving out

I found it really hard to leave off alot of my favorites in order to make come up with a cohesive album. leaving off In my tree and slieght of hand, but I only wanted a couple of themes not a album that was all over the map. I think for me Vs, Self titled suffer from this both a collection of great songs, but in listening to them I feel like I am listening to a mix tape. Where as with Backpacer Vitolgy Ten and Yield I see a story in those records a flow.
For me Just breath is a great book end to all that came before I always think of this as a counter point to Release. On one end you have a brooding young man. who wants to leave it all behind "release me" this pain is overwelming I want to let go. Then this same person a wiser older version takes the advise of Present tense and Just breaths I like to read the lyics of release then just breath and while I am sure it is unintentional there is a major contection. I guess it is put more simply like this "release me" Stay with me lets just breath" "never gona let me win " he wont be released. It is heavy stuff when I think of Just Breath in that context as if Ed is singing to his dad 20 years after the song he sang in release
