if i have some ham and swiss or turkey and cheddar laying around, i'm more inclined to prepare a grilled sandwich. it doesn't get any better.

Today I made myself a sandwich consisting of sliced roasted chicken breast, habanero havarti, dukes mayo, and a dill pickle spear on sourdough bread.

Made a straight up dagwood last night: roast beef, salami, ham, and turkey with pickles and banana peppers on sourdough. This was the capper:
