There's 2 parks. Disney Land and California Adventure. Disney Land is like Magic Kingdom, just a bit bigger and better than Disney World's Magic Kingdom. California Adventure is more ride-oriented, and a bit more adult-oriented.cutuphalfdead wrote:It's one park, a lot smaller, and apparently a lot more charming.

You can "drink around the world" at all the bars in the different nations of Epcot.
Or as my brother in law did, take acid around the world at Epcot. Which I don't recommend.

I've done acid in the Magic Kingdom. Epcot was my favorite.

Holy shit! Can you just always get tickets? It cost my family $900 for the 3 day park hopper. It's the main thing deterring me from trying the other park.bodysnatcher wrote:It's just the Magic Kingdom, no Epcot or Animal Kingdom. Do they have EPCOT and all that other stuff too, or is it just the Magic Kingdom?
DisneyWorld is much bigger, and includes Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and several water parks. Of course, each of those comes with their own price (or a pricier all-in-one ticket package).
If anyone is going to DisneyWorld or Land, let me know and I can try and get you in for free.

Re: Disney Parks
Disney World has 4 main parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios, each of which is at least as large as Disneyland. It's been more than 20 years since I've been to Disneyland, but when I went it was very similar to Magic Kingdom.
Here's the map of those two parks.

Plus there are several water parks in Florida. Of course, each park is a separate ticket that most likely costs as much as your Disneyland ticket.

Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I don't give a fuck about the size of the parks. The rides and presentation are considerably better at Disneyland.

In this thread we have learned that Orlando is to Lament as South Jersey is to Warehouse

It's much easier to huff glue with the Aladdin soundtrack playing in the background. If you close your eyes, it's like you're there.

Re: Disney Parks
I'm not really in any position to dispute that, but I enjoyed Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios quite a bit (especially the Christmas decorations). I didn't get much time in Animal Kingdom, and IMHO, Epcot's "Future World" is fairly outdated.turned2black wrote:I don't give a fuck about the size of the parks.
