I haven't had a beer or drop of alcohol since Saturday. Longest streak by far, in quite some time.

Yeah. As soon as I get home tonight, too. It's a Sunday thru Thursday thing. I guess that's as long as the streak will ever be, huh? Oh well. Maybe I can share my hiking exploits in this thread come better weather. Probably not.

I've kept my streak of exercise going but find it is too difficult to keep posting about it in this thread.

I've only lost one pound since starting this streak and have limited my caloric intake to 2,500 calories. In the past, I'd be dropping a shitload of weight. This 40-year-old body is a piece of shit.

?? miles in 90 minutes

Left work early again after killing deadline by 2 days, including a full QA. Hit the indoor track and felt great again. I wasn't the only one this time, so I couldn't reverse directions. Stopped at the water fountain at 30, 45, 60 and 75 minutes. Contemplated going 2 hours, but those turns are pretty tight and kinda worried about my knees. I again couldn't bother counting laps, so I don't know my actually distance, but I'd guess 13. Felt a ton better today. No body aches and the cough was less annoying.

I'm gonna go with 11 or so since I'm heading up north next week for the BDO to see the Pearl Jams. Went for a wee run today. Streak - 6

10 miles in 70 minutes

Glorious AZ winter day. 65 and sunny. Just took it easy and enjoyed the sun on my skin after a week of night and indoor runs. Even split. I fucking love running.
