Well I've borked my streak already. After spending all day building a frame for a showroom yesterday, and still being crook, I fell asleep on the couch half way through my dinner.

I don't even remember going to bed. This morning My wife said when she noticed I'd fallen asleep on the couch (complete with my salmon laksa spilled across the couch), that she'd prodded me and told me to go to bed and I had apparently dragged my own ass to bed mumbling that I was still going for an evening run (after a short nap). :gomez:

Well, fuck.

I'll post as soon as I've started attempt #2.

Run or workout every day. You set your minimum daily distance or time.

7.5 miles with 2,400 feet in elevation change in 65 minutes

Trail was packed today. Felt good, but not great. Death cough acted up a couple of times, but I didn't stop. Nice finishing kick. 33/32 split.

I'll start tomorrow. I'll run a minimum of 3 miles.

I'll be taking it real easy so the knee doesn't flare up again but I need this, I'm turning into a tub of goo and beach season is right around the corner.

About 1,200 miles on my RC 1600s. Pretty fucking durable for a road shoe.

Friday got in some body-weight super-sets of pull-ups/knee-hip raises/dips knowing I wouldn't have time when I get home, about 30 minutes.
Saturday got in a few mile long jogs with the pups.
Sunday, woke up in a hotel a few towns away after attending a wedding Saturday evening; terrible day and a terrible two miles on the treadmill later that night.

Five miles on the treadmill tonight, easily my best run both time-wise and all around feeling.

Got in a good one last night; weights plus 1.3 miles on the treadmill in 15 minutes. I want to hit the gym four times in a row this week; I'm going to the take the cardio & core class tonight.
