Live, I thought this song was phenomenal ... no wonder the studio version didn't live up to what I heard live. ....it wasn't fuck :censored: ing it!

.....but what song was it? :-|
do you remember which part of the show it was? first set or one of the encores? if i was to guess from the setlists it could maybe be MFC just because of the speed of the song, but im not really sure
I'd wager just about anything it was Unthought Known. It has "Swallowed Whole" as a prominent lyric.

The others played both nights are either from the new album or are long time hits.

Unthought Known
Even Flow
Porch
Given To Fly

It's been fun. I hope there's 72 more.
To me, your states stat is the most impressive. Moving forward, I want to see them in as many unique cities and states as I can. I saw them in 3 new states this year. If the 2014 US tour is southeast / Midwest (like I'm predicting), I hope to see them in at least 3 new states. I also hope to see my first Euro show in 2014.
The cities/states thing is interesting because looking at the areas of the country I've not seen them in are places they rarely/never go. Much like Charlottesville this year, Grand Rapids in 06, and State College in 03, these out of the way places seem to always get really good shows. I imagine if they ever play in the Dakotas or Iowa or Maine again, that those shows would be really fucking great.

One of the things that I like most about the traveling is that it gives me a reason to go to places I otherwise wouldn't. There's no reason I would ever go to Grand Rapids or Oklahoma City or Belfast (though, Belfast was surprisingly awesome).

Mid-west in 2014 would be great and eastern Europe would also be nice.
It's going to be my reason to travel. I'm also at that age where I don't want to drive home after the concert, but rather slip into a hotel. I finally have a well-paying job, no wife, no kids and great health so I want to make the most of the situation while it lasts.

23 shows in 6 cities and 11 different venues. Starting in 1996. I didn't have much of a chance before that considering I was 10 when the band formed. I saw the light when they played the VMA's on MTV and it was all over for me at that point. I still think the music video for Even Flow might be my single favorite "thing" of all things PJ.

Haven't seen every single song from any single studio album, but very close.

I've been up on the rail in the front row a few times, but not since the Showbox in '04.

4 shows during the 2013 tour was a personal record for me for shows in one year.

Looking back over the last 10 years I would happily trade many of the away football games I traveled to for PJ concerts instead, but hindsight is 20/20. Oh well.

And I could kick myself for losing my ticket from the first one in '96. D'oh! Although I scored a backstage pass at Key Arena last week so that more than makes up for it. Never woulda predicted that.

In 8 shows I've seen "Leash" once and "Deep" twice so I feel pretty lucky. I'll never get "Oceans" though and I've come to accept that.

It took me 34 shows and it finally sneaked into Brooklyn I. What's kind strange is that now that I have my white whale song, my desire to see Pearl Jam live has dropped off quite a bit.

I've been to 28 shows and have heard a "new" song at each one. It's strange, but my list of album tracks I never heard actually grew following the Lightning Bolt tour. I knocked off Supersonic but added Swallowed Whole, My Fathers Son and Sleeping By Myself. I will be sad if I ever hear all the album tracks.

I was surprised in 2008 when I saw them without a new album to support and got 6 songs I had never seen before (Wash, Education, Satan's Bed, Bee Girl, Who You Are, and the terrible No More)...I doubt that'll ever happen again

That's one cool thing about PJ has stuck with, they still make every show unique.

Finally went and listened to all the shows Ive been too (including the audience versions of PJ20 1+2 and Wrigley)
14 shows, 5 different cities, 7 different venues.

145 total songs
113 Pearl Jam songs
32 Covers (including Act of Love, and the Temple songs from PJ20 which are semi covers?)

67 songs played 1 time and 1 time only
48 of those were Pearl Jam songs
19 of those were covers (and again, Act of Love and the Temple songs included)

top 5 on my wishlist as of today? - All of None, Nothing As It Seems, Of the Earth, Brain of J, Getaway
and anything off Mirrorball

LiveFootsteps has upgraded so you can now view your personal stats.

PJdb is still the most robust.
