My experience with Dev (so far) is the exact opposite as my experience with Frances Ha.
how would you describe your experience with him?
Just awful.
i have a new theory that he's criminally insane, so i'm keeping an eye on canadian murders to see if there are any patterns
Oh, he's Canadian?

I think I agree with you, though I enjoyed that flick immensely. The cast was great, though.
The cast was fantastic and they earned their nominations. As an overall film I think it missed the mark a bit. Still enjoyable, but not an A movie by any means.

I loved it. I'd put it in the top 5 of what I saw this year. Easy. The actors, the direction, the art direction, costumes, soundtrack, all of it was stellar.

i think there's a canadian disorder in which sun-starved, isolated citizens experience a terminal loss of irony, humor, and recognition of social mores
