Re: Cricket
I had a great day at the SCG yesterday. Good to be back there. Pity it finished so early.

Re: Cricket
5-0 unreal. The big Test will be South Africa, obviously our batting needs to get better.
maybe
Warner
Rodgers
Doolan
Clarke
Smith
Watson
Haddin
Johnson
Harris
Siddle
Lyon
Although as they say it does not matter how many runs you get if your bowlers get them out for less.

Re: Cricket
5-0 tastes so sweet.
If I were a selector it'd be:
Watson out Faulkner in
Bailey out Doolan in
Warner
Rogers
Doolan
Clarke
Smith
Haddin
Faulkner
Johnson
Harris
Siddle
Lyon
Bailey deserves more than just one series, though.
I'm happy to see Harris and Siddle dominating but eventually (in a year or two?) I'd like to see Pattinson and Cummins in there alongside Johnson.

That finish will go down in History, which is hard to do in a one day game.....WtOB? wrote:fuck i love faulkner.

Re: Cricket
Really enjoying the World Cup and not just because England is out (no offence English supporters) really hope that the Kiwis keep going with their form, it would be great if they won (if we don't) Hopefully they keep the 14 teams in, the minor teams are making the early rounds more interesting. They have improved a HEAP too.

Re: Cricket
No way NZ is winning this thing. The might get to the semis or the finals, but then they'll choke. It's what our sports teams doClint72 wrote:Really enjoying the World Cup and not just because England is out (no offence English supporters) really hope that the Kiwis keep going with their form, it would be great if they won (if we don't) Hopefully they keep the 14 teams in, the minor teams are making the early rounds more interesting.
