Lots of posts still on the Lolla board predicting PJ headlines one night. I'm guessing Oukast will be there since they're headlong every other festival this year. Lots of predictions Metallica also headlines since they haven't done Lolla since its reincarnation, and they're skipping Orion this year. My long-shot hope is that Springsteen is on the bill (w/PJ and Outkast) which seems a bit more likely now that Tom Morello is playing in the E-Street Band.
I must be the only one who has no interest in seeing a Bruce/PJ collaboration live.

Oh, I don't care if they collaborate together but I would like to see them each headline a night at the same festival.
See, I am one of those fans where unless it's ed, I could give two shits's about there side projects. I rather push out a kidney stone.
Mad Season is the only non Eddie PJ side thing I've ever been able to get into.
I would tend to agree with you but...
Temple of the Dog (does that count?)
MACC (Jimi Hendrix cover - pretty sweet)
Brad is okay but by extension that turned me on to Shawn Smith and he is great
and I think you're forgetting...
MOTHER LOVE BONE
Depending on timing perhaps not everything here qualifies as "side thing"
Oh, and I've seen Flight To Mars a couple times and Mike fucking rules.

Nope. It sounds horrible to me as well
I hate to say I love you,
But oh goddamn I love you,
You know I do.

Quickly becoming the Berlin of PJ's North American touring. But it seems to early for an announcement.
Not really. The 2010 dates you mentioned was the shortest notice we've gotten in the past 10 years. Typically, it's at least 3 month notice. If there's announcement now, the public sale would be in February. Makes sense for a Late April or May dates that have been rumored.
I doubt that any cities that got shows in 2013 will get shows in 2014. Midwest.
