A is flat bench/good morning/seated curl/decline crunch/overhead extension/side raisewarehouse wrote:whats the workout?oasisfan35 wrote:Today: Upper Body Workout B, this will be getting switched to Sunday with Legs/Core moving to Thursday. Streak: 27
B is deadlift/shoulder press/hammer curl/kickback/roman chair crunch/incline bench
C is squat/leg raise/leg extension/leg curl/heel walk/various core
I'll probably add at least upright row to C seeing as my sched has been plenty full and A+B work, when I started this year I longed for the days of my non-running resistance only training but man, I gotta say I'm enjoying the miles.

?? miles in 60 minutes
Hit the indoor track at the gym. I always seem to feel fantastic on this freaking track. I just couldn't be bothered to count laps, but I was probably doing ~ 6:30 miles. Gym was empty. Great run. Sat in the steam sauna for almost an hour afterward. It was nice, but I didn't bring a change of clothes or a towel for the car, so my car smells like a donkey's butthole this morning.

10 miles in 75 minutes
Took my youngest in the crappy running stroller. Windy as shit out and it wasn't really blowing in one direction, so I always seemed to be running into a headwind. Hit the turnaround in 36, but on the way back the baby got kinda fussy, so I had to stop a couple of times. Not a great run. Hope to hit a trail tomorrow.

10 miles in 68 minutes
Another beautiful day. 65 and sunny. Cruised the entire way. One of those "everything's clicking just right" runs. Even split, with a quarter-mile finishing kick. Great run.

hard, white nipples from the run yesterday. then, i left for the gym without taking care of the situation. about 3 miles in today, ouch.
so i hopped on a bike and did a quick 6 to finish the day.

Re: The running/exercise streak thread
Friday: Pull-up/dip/leg raise Supersets
Saturday: 7 miles on the treadmill, increased speed and mileage legs were not happy.
Sunday: Core workout and stretching, didn't think resistance would have aided my legs in any way.
Streak: 30
Another 5-8 inches of snow expected today so don't think I'll see any road time for a bit, temp is creeping up overall though. Even though it's treadmill work I'm still looking forward to my run this evening.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday - ran about 9k each day
Monday - 25k on the bike
Feeling good. But I think I've only been spurred on by the recent lack of sex.
