Just decided to crack open the 2012 Black Note i had in the fridge. Simply amazing.

Curious: how/where do you age your beer?

for me "age" is just a fancy way of saying "sitting in the bar because I either bought something else before I drank it all" or "forgot I had it"

Some people "cellar" their beer, which usually means they line their concrete basement floors with six packs. I've always been a bit amused by the concept.

This is the best way to age a bottle conditioned belgian or sour. If you put it in the fridge the cold stops the yeast activity in the bottle which is what will affect the taste. With something like a KBS, etc. It really doesnt matter.

there is a pub near me that always has that as a cask ale with different hops in it that you dont get in the bottle..I enjoy those but I dont think I've had the normal one in a couple years..Like spike said its not horrible but I find it run of the mill considering what else is out there
