25 degrees fahrenheit on my ride in this morning. Supposed to be colder tomorrow. The stupid shit we do to keep streaks alive.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

?? miles in 70 minutes

Fucking love this indoor track. 2 fast-ish guys were also running. I would lap one dude about every 3 laps and the other dude about every 5. Felt fantastic the entire time and basically sprinted the last 5 minutes. While running, I enjoyed the comedy of a local conservative talk radio show that seemed to think Ken Ham did a "wonderful" job debating Bill Nye. Once again, I couldn't be bothered to count laps.

5 miles in 35 minutes

Ran at 5 a.m. Another cool and overcast morning. Legs were a little sketchy after the decent effort I put in just 7 hours before. Looking forward to a nearly 40-hour break.

Second round of antibiotics started. First round did nothing. Even after a chest X-ray, doc seems unsure whether it's still pneumonia or Valley Fever. :?
