As far as I know, Lolla is nothing more than a rumour right now. Althought I agree with that that it would really suck if it happened and ended up screwing over the whole midwest again...

Isn't everything except San Antonio just a 100% rumor? Is there any proof surrounding any of the other rumored shows. At least the Lollapalooza rumors aren't PJ fan or PJ message board sourced.

New Rumor, but I would not put any stock in it. My stepbro works for the nassau parks police. He does alot of concerts in the area of long island. PJ might be giving jones beach another try in late may he told me this morning. But it doesn't fit with the SA rumor and the toronto rumor and the fact that there have not been any other mentions of any east coast shows this time around.

It's classic "pit" to assume because PJ played a particular venue at some time in the past they will play that venue again if there is a rumored show in that city, but it would be kinda cool to see them play in a mega-church so long as EV keep his pie-hole shut for most of it.

Why doesn't it fit with the Toronto rumour? That was also for May.

It would make sense for them to play some shows in may, specially with Matt not going on tour with SG in march/april /june with SG.

So there's no outdoor amphitheater in the San Antonio area at all? No park that holds concerts? If not, the joke was on us - the modern day PJ equivalent of the basement of the Alamo.

im unfamiliar with the area to be honest. the only thing that would get me to drive to SA would be pearl jam.

i dont even think he would need to rant, pearl jam has enough songs where the setlist could send a message. maybe 'cold confession' would be played?
