Growth and $$$ was inevitable, and people want to see the players I named above. It's all about the players.

As a UW Husky fan I hate to say this but if anyone/anything can take credit, it's Nike.
i continue to agree with you in this the NBA thread.

I hope this Marcus Smart thing damages him to the point he can slip to the Bulls in the draft.

I really wonder what the fan said to set him off. It certainly wasn't "you're a piece of crap".

Perhaps he was saying other things throughout the game. It doesn't excuse what he did, but there has to be more to the story.

All of this Lebron/NBA Mount Rushmore talk has me thinking about the question...

Who should be on the NBA's Mount Rushmore?

My picks...

Jordan
Russell
Magic
Bird

Wilt and Kareem are next in line...

MJ
Magic
Bird
Russell

So KD is averaging 3 ppg less than the entire Lakers starting lineup combined!!!!

Also, fantastic Heat-Warriors game the other night with LBJ stepping up huge again.

Add Red Auerbach to that list:
-Invented the fast break and the true concept of "team defense."
-Started the first five black players, breaking down color barriers.
-And on and on.
