Simultaneously the most morbid and the most thought-provoking thread I've seen in a long time. My bets:

1. Boom Gaspar - 2021, snakebite, age 68
2. Eddie Vedder - 2023, cancer, age 59
3. Mike McCready - 2031, blood disease, age 65
4. Jeff Ament - 2032, car accident, age 69
5. Matt Cameron - 2034, stroke, age 72
6. Stone Gossard - 2050, "old age" (actually, a gerbil accident), age 84

in 2030 they will do an Eddie Vedder tribute show, and Abruzzese and Irons will eventually re-join the group for one last show, a few new stars and friends will join the stage with Gossard, McCready, Cameron and Ament to sing songs for the fallen friend.
The Set List would be:
1- Release w/ Chris Cornell
2- Oceans w/ Dave Ghrol
3- Hard to Imagine w/ Caleb Followill
4- Man Of The Hour w/ Olivia Vedder
5- The Fixer w/ Stone Gossard on main vocals
6- Who You Are w/ Jack Irons and Stone Singing
7- Just breathe w/ Corin Taylor and Olivia Vedder
8- HUnger Strike w/ Dave Ghrol and Chris Cornell
9- Even Flow w/ Abruzzese on drums and Matt singing
10- I am mine w/ Ben Harper
11- Alive w/ William Duval and Jerry Cantrell
12- Yellow Ledbetter w/ Everybody
13- Rocking In The Free World w/ Everybody.

Mike would be found of his blood sickness 2 months after the show.

Mike seems the obvious choice, but then somehow Keith Richards is still alive. Ed would be #2, lung cancer and/or cirrhosis and/or psycho stalker fan ala what nearly happened to George Harrison. Stone is like the Macca of the group, he will live forever, as will MC, aka Ringo. So I guess here's my order:

1. McCready, followed closely behind by
2. Ved
--significant time passes--
3. Ament
4. Stone (declines rapidly after the death of his lifelong musical partner)
5. Cameron

If you count Boom, he's by far the oldest so he'll be first.

Mike McCready: slip and fall form hill across the beach, watching Ed and Jeff
Matt Cameron: cell phone explosion (hearing the news when touring with Soundgarden)
Stone Gossard: heart attack from laughing
