I'm pretty reliable, I think, about differentiating between my own personal opinions and the general thrust of opinion on RM.

This is a bit different than my hypothesis.

Many of the "no consensus" songs in the analysis you've posted (which by the way, i created a mathematical summary of a few months ago and posted it there, I'm familiar with it) likely just mean that most people thought they were middle of the road- i.e. not good or great, but not bad, either, i.e. many people went with "average". I really doubt there's many people who believe Big Wave, Thin Air, Ghost, Green Disease, etc.. etc... are anywhere close to top notch 5 star songs. Just like I doubt there are many who think Parachutes, All or None, or Severed Hand are anywhere close to 1 or 2 star bottom rung songs.

Help, Help is an interesting one, because there are many people who think it's absolutely great (5 stars) and many others who think it is horrid (1 or 2 stars). And everywhere in between.

I stand behind my question, and won't let you trivialize it.
