You guys are silly. Sirens.
There's the dog. You can't fake that stuff. Confess with your mouth.

Sirens might be more offensive to me than The Fixer now. It's really that sad.

As a terrible, cynical person, I can't help but point out that it's far more terrible and cynical for you to assume that the people who don't like Sirens are refusing to out of some ill-defined cynicism, than it is for them to simply not like the song.

Welcome to my little club, ABNorman. Congratulations on crossing over to the other side. We'll dance 'til we die.

I've probably listened through the entirety of Aye Davanita less than 5 times. It's as terrible, and repetitive as The Beatles' Revolution 9. It's not even really a song, just sounds and looping.

Godammit, you're all a bunch of hipsters.

truth. i really like this song a lot. the vocals are awesome. and sirens is among my least favorite pearl jam songs. this was an easy vote, im just glad so many people like 'aye davanita' as much as i do.

also, i take exception to being called a hipster. one song is cool and groovy, the other sounds like it wants to be a bon jovi ballad.

Aye Davanita is great. Always loved it. Such a great groove. Its vaguely remniscient to the jangling outtro of Immortality.

Yes, this recording of a band playing instruments for something like 3 full minutes, with sustained atmosphere and actual singing over the top, is comparable to a 1960's amelodic sound collage, because it doesn't have a chorus or solo and there aren't enough lyrics I suppose. Oh, and it's used to bridge between the poprock stylings of Betterman and Immortality's slow exhale, so that probably means it's just filler.
