All Night is maybe the best of their 'fun' songs. That or Black Red Yellow

I never felt All Night was a "Fun" song.

Also, anyone that votes for stupid mop is just being a dick.

All Night is a nice enough outtake that I've never gone out of my way to listen to and was released at a time when Pearl Jam already established itself as something that would forever be one of the biggest entities in my life. Stupid Mop was something weird, dark, mysterious, a little bit scary, and unlike anything my thirteen year old mind had ever attempted to process. It was the jackhammer at the end of the first record that I simultaneously related to and yet went to places that I hadn't comprehended even existed. It made me think differently about music than I had before. Sure, you can say it's juvenile experience in retropsect, but I suppose that's why it had the effect that it did on me, being as heavy-handed as it is. It's a quintessential piece of the puzzle that made Pearl Jam what they ultimately ended up being what they've been in my life, and I am absolutely unapologetic about that. I still listen to it all the way through when I play Vitalogy (which is pretty regularly).

I'm not one of those stupid Stupid Mop detractors, but All Night is a fantastic song.

Me, too. All Night has always annoyed me. I think Foxymophandlemama was a great production, and just controversial enough for me to love it.

Yep. Exactly, this.

I really enjoy Stupid Mop, especially in the context of its album.
