I've always had problems with some the central conceits/metaphors of Thumbing My Way, like Ed doesn't realize what he wrote. Besides, I friggin' love Down.

Down, and it's not even close.

Thumbing is one of the few low points of Riot Act. It can be pleasing in the right environment, but those situations are few and far between.

Down is always great.

Down is one of the few underrated tunes IMO. Greatly lyrically and musically. Most bands would struggle to write a song this good for an album let alone one to not make an album....
But as it is will dream of her tonight..
