I wish I could say it was good. I was feeling like crap all of yesterday, hoping it'd have passed by the time of the concert, but it got worse - and I ended up having to bail and gave my tickets awayVinylGuy wrote:How was it?

That sucks you guys missed out - they are in good form. Hopefully some good audience recordings surface (so far only Melbourne Night 2 is up on dime)Rangi Guy wrote:Still gutted I had to miss Thursday's gig.

Re: Queens of the Stone Age | …Like Clockwork
Queens before anything else. Apparently there are another ten or so songs from the LC sessions plus others that are in various states of readiness. Homme has mentioned a number of times that he'd like to get another Queens record out sooner rather than later. I know I want a full album with Theodore on drums.Dev wrote:why? does the tentative plan sound like: 1.eagles, 2.queens, 3.Vultures?zeb wrote:Might be waiting a while for that to happen.Dev wrote:probably more excited about the next TCV than another queens.
Homme/Grohl will need to consider JPJ in their plans. Not sure if he would be able to undertake a full recording cycle plus tour in another four or five years (he's 68), so the Vultures'd want to strike while the iron's hot too.
