Probably because it has a similar "choppy" main riff... I get what he's saying. They played it too safe with Infallible, it could've been TC-level with a more ballsy guitar treatment

I get they are trying to achieve different goals and that is not an argument against my comparison. That's why they are my before and after. Two different songs built on almost the exact same foundation that end up in completely different places.

1994- it turns into Tremor Christ
2013- it turns into Infallible
