Match ET: No Way vs. Rival

Even though "Rival" isn't my favorite Pearl Jam song, I think it does represent the band at its absolute best. The song has these gritty, unfinished edges that grind against your ears and make you stand up and pay attention; the stuff from Avocado through Lightning Bolt is streamlined and shiny while "Rival" digs into your brain and just sticks there. I can't disparage "No Way" in any way, since I don't think there's anything wrong with the song, necessarily, but "Rival" is just too damn good.
