As for the methodology behind this set, here's the comment I left on the torrent:
I hope you guys dig it.As requested by Deadmarsh, here is the full set of my "Touring Band 2006" compilation. This compiles the best (or my favorite) tracks from the 2006 tour in one set. There is one disc for each leg of the tour (4 overall) and one disc of outtakes and standards - or in other words, a handful of songs I really wanted to include but could not fit onto the other discs (like "Of the Girl", "Dead Man" and "Once") along with the standards that really make up a Pearl Jam show (such as "Jeremy", "Black" and "Do the Evolution"). There is a bit of overlap between the 5 discs as I wanted to make each one a standalone experience that really represents the 2006 tour; this is why there are so many versions of "World Wide Suicide", "Severed Hand" and "Go". This set is best digested one disc at a time.
Hopefully some of you will really enjoy this. I spent hundreds of hours listening, compiling and mixing this set. If somebody wants to make artwork go ahead. That's not my area of expertise. Have fun!
