There's a bouncy, elastic, playful quality to parachutes that wouldn't easily be captured by Riot Act. Although i guess they got it with undone

I'd say Can't Keep also and even some of the treatments in Cropduster would do parachutes justice.

My point is the production of Parachutes, more so than any other Pearl Jam song, truly keeps me from enjoying it. I think its a great song with great lyrics, but the studio track is essentially inaudible.

Ah yeah I have this version somewhere. It's the rough mix from the promo disc that leaked. Definitely has more space in it.
