I wonder who's pulling the fishing line that's tied to his lip.

I'm going to go hang out with the goth kids. I'm pretty sure Argo is done for the night, so I don't think there's any chance of me holding you guys up.

Pick wisely, guys...

Okeydokeys. I'm pretty happy with my 3 so far but I need another guitarist. Someone with grunt, someone with power, someone who knows his way around a star-studded get together and can fit in as needs be. A multi-instrumentalist would be a bonus at this stage, and someone who can sing would be great to. And he has to bring the cool...

Let's go with: Josh Homme

Last but certainly not least, I need a bassist. This one is tearing me up and now that John Entwistle's gone I'm stuck between 2 guys.

I need someone to get the drugs and who can keep Ginger in line. The other guy I was thinking of has gone all "new age" and yoga lately (although I grant he's technically the "better" bassist). But, he's gotta fit my band's build, he's gotta be hard, he's gotta be cool, and he's gotta have Style (with a capital S). So I'm gonna go with:

Lemmy

It may not be the best band in this tourney but I have no doubt that my band could beat the shit out of your band.

Thank you, Varis. I would've somehow killed you had you taken my next pick.

"I thought we were gonna open up the world of poetry and music to all kinds of things, and yet, I can't really think of anyone who's done anything like it since."

From his classics with The Doors to his solo endeavors, this keys player will fit right in with my group.

She'd won Best New Artist (1992), Best Songwriter (1992), Artist of the Year (1995), Album of the Year (1995) from Rolling Stone, made what Spin eventually ranked the #3 album of the 90s, what NME ranked as the #6 album of the 00s, won the Pazz & Jop Album of the Year poll (1995), won her first Mercury Prize, and been named Q's #1 female artist of all-time.

I'm not saying Annie Clark can't get there someday, but she's got to pick up the pace if she's going to. And even if she does, with the trajectory PJ is still on, it might not even matter.
Annie has released five albums since 2007, and was in The Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Stevens' touring band before then... In addition, Annie has collaborated with The National, Beck, David Byrne, Bon Iver, and let's not forget about THIS...

He's awesome, and was on my board. In the end I'm happy with Nick Cave's key-ability for my group. Manzarek is the man though. Up there with Gaspar. (I kid, I kid!)
