Cheers. BTW, that last one was a killer pick. I don't think I can top that.

It's like we've all been sitting around drinking beers of various strengths, and then LMS came in and did a shitload of blow, and we're all like "WAIT...WHAT? OH SHIT."
Hey Lament. This didn't go unnoticed btw. I nearly lost some coffee over it.

Who still has picks left? I've got one more, and it's my pièce de résistance.

Sgt. Crackpot wrote:Also, what timeframe will we have to do our writeups? I'm going to need a bit of time for this, if possible.
I was thinking we'd give everyone a few days. The first round of voting will just be the two play-in match ups (which will be some pairing of stip, Self, me, and one other random participant per our earlier agreement), so we can always say your write-up can be submitted anytime before your first match, unless somebody objects to that.

Yours is looking one of the most logical groupings at this stage.

Who's definitely done? I'll denote them in the OP.

I think Varis, Argo, stip, and I are the only finished ones. I'll change their line ups to a different color in the OP.

I'm hoping that makes up for some of the sizzle I'll lack in the eyes of some voters.

When the draft is complete I'll post my list of considered and discarded ideas. I'm still unsure whether I'm done or not.

I really didn't know what my band was going to look like when this started. I picked a front man, and everything blossomed organically from him. Does it make sense to any of you? Dunno. But I can see the connection, and I think there's one more person that can tie the whole thing together, just with his presence.

He helped bring the East to the West, or did the West come East? His influence spawned a new style of rock song used by the biggest and best of the Western world's artists. My band's raga rock and spiritual guide...

Someone should of just drafted Sabbath and be done with it. These all read like classic rock fantasy football for christ's sake.

Sometimes a guy has to rely on tried and trued classic rock titans like PJ Harvey, Joy Division, New Order, Radiohead, and Nirvana.

Kaius, is that your final pick, or are you still in? Cause if you're still in, it's your pick again, since Varis is out.
