hey guys, I had my very first Bells two hearted ale last night..actually had 3...worth the hype

Today, I will be heading uptown to enjoy some Hopslam and possibly find a KBS

Nice, if you like 2 hearted I think you will really enjoy Hopslam

I've been shut out so far with hopslam..everyone seems to be out of it..I'm heading out soon to continue the quest

and now you feel my Russian River pain.

Most should be out of Hopslam by now but if you look to trade anything it is still readily available, though fading.

Also, Pliny the Elder is definitely popular with traders if that is what you're seeking just head over to BeerAdvocate.

Has Bell's only recently begun distributing in New York? I was happy to come across a six pack of Two Hearted Ale a few weeks back. I know it's a big favorite here, even on this page already, but I didn't really like it. I love IPAs, but this one really reminded me of a witbier. I was more into it a couple days later when I knew what to expect, but overall I was disappointed.

So I had quite the haul the last week: 2 Parabolas, a case of KBS, a case of Black Note, and 3 of the 750 ml barrel-aged that 3 Floyds released today. My wife said I've had enough for a bit. She's probably right.

Yeah, I just came in this thread to say the same thing. It's by far the best since the first I had.

Had a couple of pints on tap the other day. Didn't realize until afterwards it was 9.4% ABV

Picked up a 22 over the weekend, hopefully it's close to as good as it is on tap.
