I can't blame a man who is rocking a tri-colored Expos hat.

Aroma Of Man - Both of these teams would be interesting to see live but if the chemistry was there, Aroma Of Man could be fantastic. I have an issue with the rhythm section of AoM as I'm not sure Ginger and Lemmy would work together in a way that supports Josh. As for August Heat, there is one too many dominant figures in there. If a producer got them in line there could be a wonderful record. Levon is brilliant and I must listen to more Aimee Mann.
Spirits Are Rising Stew - Another fascinating pair. SARS could hit the stage today and deliver a spell binding show. SARS could be the dark horse in this comp. SiP has potential to fly or plummet. A truly awesome rhythm section with crunch and groove. I'm not sure if all of the members strengths would shine. But Bonham, Collins and Thayil could utterly demolish.
Argonauts - Tight and concise band with a clear musical goal. I'd like to hear Argonauts' rhythm section, it would have a nice roll to it. Plus I like BBKing. M4M would be an interesting listen but I'm not a fan of Claypool and I feel he might dominate.
Nice band Self. You could go far.
Good job fellas. Voting sucks.

I chose Claypool for his quirky bass style, and the fact he can assimilate to virtually any style of playing, not so much for his singing. He may take the lead on a song or three, though.
Surprised there isn't more love for the Colonel 'round here.

I love Claypools playing, but I'm not a fan of his singing..which I'm not Imagining him doing much of in M4M.

is "M4M" meant to sound like a Craigslist Missed Connections post?
